Bringing Accessible-Pianos and Piano-making back to Vienna

This was my first piano visit, and as primarily a pianist, I was more than excited. It was a small shop and I had to quickly discern and untangle the information shared with me, as it seems how they "acquired" the name Feurich was not something they wanted to focus on.
I did my best to tell an accurate and diplomatic story. The truth of it is that the founders wanted to make/sell pianos, and they bought the name to slap onto their Chinese-made pianos. Though, they have done one better and upstarted their own factory in Austria as well.
It was also clear to me that the company was struggling slightly, and that some of the reason is that their marketing wasn't strong (as they sent the head of sales to chat with me), which is why they were keen on this video. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, because instrument makers have various reasons of why they'd want to make this video with me: for selling their products, telling their stories, or ensuring that their legacy has more longevity.
Everybody I met there was fantastic, so I was grateful to have met them.
